ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE

Guitars and Gasoline is dedicated to creating an enjoyable and accessible experience for all attendees. We welcome music and motorsports fans of all abilities and work in compliance with AODA standards to meet accessibility needs across the festival.

Eligibility

Any guest with accessibility needs should obtain an accessibility wristband at one of the info tents (see festival map) near the Main Event Area gates or at the festival merchandise tent. Guests must present a valid accessible parking pass or government-issued hang tag with matching photo ID to receive their wristband. Only the guest with accessibility needs requires a wristband.

Info Tents

Two info tents are available on-site to assist with accessibility needs and provide wristbands. Visit these tents if you have questions about accessibility services or require a wristband.

Platforms are first-come, first-served and have capacity limits based on Ontario Fire Code. Please be considerate of others and limit items brought to the platform. Small, folding lawn chairs are welcome.
