  • Are Tickets Refundable?

    • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • What are the dates and location of the festival?

    • June 6 – 8, 2025, at Calabogie Motorsports Park located at 462 Wilson Farm Rd, Calabogie, ON K0J 1H0, Canada.

  • What time do gates open and close each day?

    • General Admission gates open Friday, June 6th at 4:00 PM and close at 12:00 AM

    • General Admission gates open Saturday, June 7th at 4:00 PM and close at 12:00 AM.

    • Camping entry open Friday June 6th at 10 AM and close at 12:00 AM.

    • Camping entry open Saturday June 7th at 10 AM and close at 9:00 PM.

    • Main Entertainment Admissions open Friday, June 6th, 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

    • Main Entertainment Admissions open Saturday, June 7th, 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

    • Exit Only Sunday, June 8th, starting at 8:00 AM.

  • Is the festival family-friendly?

    • Yes! Children under 10 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

  • What is included with my ticket?

    • A General Admission Ticket only included access to the main entertainment area on the day of the ticket. Parking, Food, and Beverages are not included.

  • Is there re-entry allowed once I leave the festival grounds?

    • Main General Admission Area/Campgrounds: Re-entry is permitted with an RFID wristband scan.

    • Camping (Vehicles): No vehicle re-entry after leaving the campsite. Exiting vehicles require a security escort and cannot re-enter.

    • Parking: Parking in the weekend parking area does not allow re-entry. Parking in the Day parking lot allows re-entry.

  • What is included in my Parking Pass?

    • Parking Pass included access to the parking lot for one vehicle for the festival’s duration. Admission to the lot is limited to once per day. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • How and When will I receive my ticket?

    • If you buy your ticket before May 01st, your RFID bracelet and Parking Pass will be mailed to you. If your ticket is purchased after May 1, 2025, you will receive a PDF ticket and pick up your RFID band at the WILL CALL Booth or Early Pickup Locations. Make sure to bring a valid form of ID for Ticket Pickup.

  • Are there Shuttle Services to my campsite? 

    • Visit our Getting Here page for more information and our Site Map. The shuttle will be running every 30 minutes from TURN 2 STATION, ROCKY ROAD STATION, BIG ROCK HOSPITALITY STATION, TURN 14 HOSPITALITY STATION and MAIN EVENT AREA DROP OFF.

  • How do I purchase Food and Beverages? Do I need Cash?

    • Pay with your RFID bracelet! Load your credit card through our app for tap payments throughout the festival grounds. ATMS are Limited. A cashless system will be in the main general admission area, which is highly recommended.

  • Where is the Lost & Found? 

    • Located at the Info Booths outside the general admission area. Email inquiries to support@guitarsandgasoline.com. The festival is not responsible for lost items.

  • What if my Mailing Address has changed?

    • Update your address in your online ticketing account before the shipping deadline. Otherwise, pick up passes at the will call booth with photo ID and order confirmation email.

  • Are Payment Plans Available?

    • Layaway plans are available at checkout (offers expire).

  • Box Office Pick-Up by Another Person?

    • The name on the order must match the ID of the person picking up the passes. Update the order information online if necessary.

  • What is the Entry and Exit Policy?

    • Entry and Exit are permitted from all daytime and weekend parking lots with a valid parking pass. Campers located in zones 2,3 and 5 will have exit/entry privileges on Saturday June 07 from 8AM to 2PM . All other zones will have no vehicle re-entry. If you are planning to camp and will need to exit and re-enter on Saturday, please purchase a camping spot in zone 2, 3 or 5.
  • What camping options are available?

    • GA tent sites are available in 5 zones: RV camping, VIP camping, and Glamping near the main entertainment area.

  • Can I make a campfire?

    • Campfires are not permitted. Fires are only allowed in contained self-units (such as solo stoves).

  • What if I don’t want to camp?

    • Check out our local guide page for local accommodations and RV rentals.

  • When Does Camping Open?

    • Camping entry hours: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Friday, June 6th
    • Camping entry hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, June 7th
  • How are Campsites Assigned?

    • Non-reserved campsites are first-come, first-served. There are no saving spots. Arrive together to camp next to friends—one campsite per vehicle with a valid camping pass. The festival may relocate campers if necessary. Camping maps are approximate.

  • Are Oversized Vehicles allowed in Tent Camping?

    • Oversized vehicles (longer than a standard pickup truck) are not permitted in tent camping. The purchase of an RV site is required.

  • How Many Cars are allowed per campsite?

    • One vehicle is allowed per campsite. No vehicle re-entry after leaving the campsite. If you have extra vehicles, purchase an additional parking pass and park in the weekend parking lot.

  • How many people are allowed per Campsite?

    • Maximum six people and one vehicle per standard tent site.

  • Are there Quiet Hours?

    •  1:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

  • What type of camping appliances can I bring?

    • Propane only (1-pound containers, maximum three per campsite),  and maintain a 1-meter clearance around the appliance. Use is permitted between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM.

    • RV Size Limits: Maximum combined length of RV and towed vehicle is 50 feet.

  • RV Generators

    • All generators used on camp sites must be silent generators as to not to disturb the event and fellow campers, 5 gallons of fuel permitted.

  • Can I bring my own Food and Beverage to my campsite?

    • Yes! You can bring your own Food and Beverages (including alcoholic beverages) to your campsite. However, no outside food and beverages are allowed inside the main event entertainment area.

    • Outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the campgrounds but must be consumed within the camping area and must follow the allowable amounts:
      • No more than two (2) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only.
      • No glass containers of any kind.
      • One “Bulk alcohol” item is defined as:
        • One (1) case (24 cans) of beer, cooler or malt-based beverage.
        • One (1) 26 oz. container of liquor
        • One (1) 4L box of wine
      • Tall cans are permitted in place of regular-sized cans.
      • You may mix different beverages as long as the total amount doesn’t exceed the limit.
      • Glass bottles are strictly prohibited.

 

  • What Facilities are available in the camping hospitality area?

    • Restrooms and community areas are available. Showers are not available.

  • Main General Admission Area: No outside alcohol permitted. Alcohol is available for purchase for those 19+.

  • Campgrounds (19+): Two sealed, bulk alcohol items permitted per person. No glass bottles. Underage drinking is prohibited.

  • Acceptable Alcohol Containers: Sealed plastic bottles, cans, and boxed wine. No kegs or glass.

  • Strictly no cannabis allowed

General Festival Rules

Permitted Items:

  • Cell phones

  • Strollers

  • Refillable drink containers (empty, maximum 1 litre)

  • Small, folding umbrellas

  • Small towels and blankets

  • Service animals (must have current rabies vaccination)

  • Small bags, purses, and fanny packs (subject to inspection)

  • Small, liquid sunscreen and cosmetics (no aerosols)

  • Prescription medication (in a clearly labelled container with a matching photo ID)

  • Simple cameras (point-and-shoot)

  • Collapsible chairs


Prohibited Items:

  • Coolers

  • Large bags and backpacks

  • Outside food and drinks

  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia

  • Glass items of any kind

  • Weapons or items that could be used as weapons (including wallet chains, spikes, etc.)

  • Markers, spray paint, etc.

  • Megaphones, air horns, etc.

  • Focused light beam devices (e.g., laser pointers, etc.)

  • No tiki torches, lanterns or excessive fuel.

  • Projectiles (e.g., balloons, balls, frisbees, etc.)

  • Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, motorized vehicles, etc.

  • Fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, etc.

  • Animals (except service animals with current rabies vaccination and proper documentation)

  • Gang-related clothing, colours, symbols, crest, insignias, etc.

  • Aerosol cans

  • Large umbrellas

  • Flyers, stickers, posters, etc.

  • Drones of any size or kind

  • Professional cameras and recording equipment (detachable lenses, tripods, video cameras, etc.)

  • Water guns, water balloons, other water projectiles, etc.

  • Vehicles and individuals are subject to search upon entry.

  • No vehicle re-entry after leaving the campsite.

  • Event wristbands must be worn at all times.

  • All campers must purchase event tickets.

  • Unauthorized motorized vehicle operation within the campgrounds will result in immediate eviction without refund.

  • Bicycles are allowed only within the camping areas.

  • Quiet hours after 1:00 AM.

  • Be courteous to fellow campers.

  • Maximum six people per tent site.

  • Motorcycles and golf carts are prohibited in the camping area; motorcycle parking requires a pass.

  • Campers 19+ may bring two bulk alcohol items per person (see alcohol limits below). Excess alcohol must be removed or surrendered.

  • No glass containers.

  • No pets (except service animals with current rabies vaccination).

  • No drugs or drug paraphernalia.

  • No weapons.

  • No non-rounded knives (e.g., steak knives, butcher knives).

  • No open flames, except for small propane cooking appliances (see restrictions below).

  • No fireworks, floating lanterns, incendiary devices, or explosives.

  • No generators (except in campgrounds, 5-gallon fuel limit, silent generator only).

  • No amplified sound systems.

  • No items that disturb the peace, endanger safety, or cause damage. 

  • Drones of any size or kind

Camping Appliance Rules:

  • Propane only (1-pound containers, maximum three per campsite).

  • One appliance per campsite.

  • Maintain a 1-meter clearance around the appliance.

  • Use is permitted between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM.

  •  
  • Unauthorized motorized vehicle operation within the campgrounds will result in immediate eviction without refund.

  • Possession of a weapon will result in a criminal investigation and immediate eviction without a refund.

  • Fighting or threatening behaviour will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

  • Intoxicated individuals will not be permitted into the main general admission area.

  • Possessing more than the allowed amount of alcohol will result in denied entry to the campgrounds.

  • Underage drinking (under 19) will result in eviction without a refund.

  • Unauthorized vending or promotion will result in eviction without a refund.

  • Operating remote-controlled devices, including drones.

  • Open fires.
