FESTIVAL GUIDELINES

At Guitars and Gasoline, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. We’re committed to providing an unforgettable experience in a secure environment. By attending, you agree to follow all local laws, event rules, and public safety guidelines to ensure a great experience for all. For medical emergencies, locate the nearest medical tent or notify a staff member immediately. Stay alert—if you see something suspicious, please report it. We work closely with local law enforcement and public safety teams to maintain a safe environment and appreciate your support in fostering a respectful and vigilant community.

Emergency Communications

In case of an emergency, important information will be communicated via video displays, audio announcements, and mobile notifications. Stay informed by subscribing to our alerts on the festival app.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

If any attendee does not comply with laws, event terms, or guidelines, the promoter or event operator may refuse admission or require the individual to leave, without a refund.

Festival Guidelines

Please review these essential guidelines, which are designed to create a safe and respectful atmosphere for all attendees:

  • All are welcome at Guitars and Gasoline. Please treat fellow attendees, volunteers, and staff with respect.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior, including verbal, physical, or discriminatory actions, will not be tolerated on festival grounds.
  • Fighting or threatening behavior will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Wristbands must be worn for the entire festival duration. No entry to any part of the venue is permitted without a wristband. Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Only individuals 19+ with valid ID are permitted to responsibly consume alcohol on festival grounds. Valid, government-issued photo ID is required for alcohol purchases and consumption.
  • Underage attendees found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol will be evicted without a refund.
  • Please arrange safe transportation if you are consuming alcohol. If you drink, do not drive.
  • Public indecency, including defecation outside of designated facilities, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be evicted without a refund.
  • No glass, weapons, or projectile objects are permitted. Any dangerous items will be confiscated.
  • Items promoting hate or discrimination, such as flags, gang-affiliated clothing, or messages of hate, are prohibited and will be removed.
  • Unauthorized motorized vehicle operation on the grounds is prohibited, except for entering or exiting the event. Violators will be removed from the event without a refund.
  • Open flames are not permitted on festival grounds. For propane or cooking appliances, refer to the camping rules. Fire safety rules may vary due to local regulations and weather.
  • Amplified sound systems are not permitted on the campgrounds, and quiet hours begin at 2:00 AM each night to respect all campers.

If you notice any issues or misconduct, please report it to festival personnel, who are identifiable by official Guitars and Gasoline staff shirts. In an emergency, locate the nearest medical or security staff member.
