Tickets handled exclusively through Intellitix at GuitarsandGasoline.com
All tickets processed online and subject to applicable fees and taxes.
Tickets emailed to customers; exchanged at the gate for wristbands.
High Octane tickets open to all ages.
General Admission and High Octane tickets do not include onsite parking (parking passes available online, first come first served).
Children aged 12 and under are free with a paying adult.
Accepted payment methods: Visa and MasterCard (never email credit card information).
All passes are transferable.
Wristbands
Entry wristbands must be worn at all times.
Any tampered or removed wristband is null and void without refund.
If removal is required for work purposes, visit Will Call for assistance — bring:

Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final except in the unlikely event of full event cancellation or postponement by Guitars & Gasoline.
No exchanges or refunds for:
Artist changes, cancellations, delays, or rescheduling.
Venue or time changes.
In case of full cancellation or postponement, refunds or exchange options (with time-sensitive windows) will be communicated via our website and email database
Ticket Rules & On-Site Conduct
Performers and schedules subject to change without notice.
Alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas.
Outside alcohol strictly prohibited within the spectating area.
Legal drinking age in Ontario is 19 — underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
All illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia strictly prohibited.
Pets prohibited (service animals permitted with documentation).
Proof of age may be requested at the gate; admission may be refused if age cannot be verified.
Ticket Fraud
Tickets purchased from third parties carry risk of being fraudulent; authenticity cannot be verified until arrival on-site.
Unauthorized duplication or sale may prevent admittance.
Only tickets purchased directly from Guitars & Gasoline can be confirmed as valid.
Prohibited Items at the Event & Venue
Includes, but not limited to:
Weapons of any kind (knives, bats, bows, guns, hammers, axes).
Motorized vehicles of any kind inside festival grounds.
Drones.
Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, carts, or personalized motorized vehicles (except wheelchairs).
Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia.
Outside alcohol (alcohol purchased inside venue must remain within festival gates).
Pets (except service dogs).
Oversized umbrellas, hard-sided coolers, suitcases, or personal bags larger than 12”×12”×6” (medical/diaper bags allowed).
Glass containers.
Unauthorized vending, soliciting, or sampling.
Professional video/photo/audio recording equipment.
Gang-related colours or symbols.
Fireworks, flares, or open flames (lighters permitted).
Sports equipment within festival ground, the exception of camping grounds (beach balls, volleyballs, soccer balls, footballs, baseballs).
Squirt guns or water toys.
Megaphones, air horns, vuvuzelas, or other noisemakers.
Non-collapsible chairs.
Noxious substances (fuel, etc.)
Any other items communicated by the Event prior to the date.
Neither the Event nor the Venue is responsible for invalidated tickets due to policy violations, user damage, or unauthorized distribution.
Ticket is invalid if the barcode or RFID card/wristband is duplicated, removed, or tampered with.

No outside alcohol permitted.
Alcohol is available for purchase for those 19+
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on individual campsites and in hospitality areas.
Open alcohol containers are not permitted outside of designated drinking area
Outside alcohol is prohibited from entering main entertainment area.
The legal drinking age in Ontario is 19, underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable Alcohol Containers: Sealed plastic bottles, cans, and boxed wine. No kegs or glass.
Smoking Policy
Smoking permitted only in designated areas located in camping and entertainment zones.
Tobacco and cannabis products permitted in these areas only.
Vapes and e-cigarettes only permitted in designated smoking areas.
Dispose of all smoking waste properly to protect against wildfires.
Cannabis Rules (Ontario Law)
Maximum 30 g per person for personal use.
Must be at least 19 years old to possess/use cannabis.
Cannabis must be sealed, unopened, legally purchased from licensed Canadian sources, and display the official THC Canada symbol.
No homemade or unidentified materials in non-official packaging.
Notify security of your personal amounts of cannabis on arrival.
Cannabis may not be sold; guests found selling any prohibited item will be removed.
Anyone overusing or intoxicated by cannabis or any other intoxicant will be removed.
Consumption allowed only in designated smoking areas (see map or ask security).
For those who prefer to camp on site and enjoy the full experience, Calabogie Motorsports provides campground access from 4 pm Thursday, June 4th to 12:00 pm Sunday, June 7th. Fans camping at the campground will have to adhere to the quiet time rules from 2.00 AM to 7.00 AM.

Campsite Guidelines
All RVs and vehicles camping are subject to search.
First-come, first-served sites allocated by staff.
Size: Small sites approx. 20’×20’ (max 6 people); Large sites (max 8 people).
Vehicles: One (1) normal-size car per site with valid camping sticker.
Extra vehicles must purchase a parking permit and park in the general lot.
Vehicle re-entry allowed with a valid camping sticker.
Zone Selection: Remain in your chosen zone; no changes after arrival.
Drop-Offs: Permitted, but unauthorized parked vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
Check-Out: 12:00 PM on June 7 2026.
Concert Ticket Required: All campers must hold a valid festival ticket.
Permitted at Campsites
Personal food and beverages.
Alcohol on individual campsites and in designated hospitality areas. ( see limits below in Alcohol Policy)
Silent generators only (max. 5 gallons of fuel).
Non-motorized transport (bicycles, scooters).
Not Permitted at Campsites
Open alcohol outside designated areas.
Pets (service animals with valid documentation only).
Motorized vehicles beyond one per campsite.
Open fires or flames (propane appliances subject to fire department rules).
Amplified sound systems.
Glass containers, weapons, or any projectile objects.
Dumping grey/black water.
Public indecency or defecation (immediate eviction without refund).
Safety & Etiquette
Speed limit: 10 km/h in camping zones.
Stay on marked trails.
Dispose of garbage in designated bins to avoid wildlife.
Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles.
Zero-noise policy begins at 1:00 AM.
Ticketing & Refund Policy
NO refunds or exchanges.

Alcohol Policy
Outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the campgrounds but must be consumed within the camping area and must follow the allowable amounts:
No more than two (2) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only. No glass containers of any kind.
One “Bulk alcohol” item is defined as:
One (1) case (24 cans) of beer, cooler or malt-based beverage.
One (1) 26 oz. container of liquor
One (1) 4L box of wine
Tall cans are permitted in place of regular-sized cans.
You may mix different beverages as long as the total amount doesn’t exceed the limit.
Glass bottles are strictly prohibited.
