Planning your trip to Guitars and Gasoline is easy! Our festival grounds are located at Calabogie Motorsport Park, a scenic and accessible venue an hour from Ottawa. Whether you’re driving, carpooling, or getting a ride to the festival, we’ve got you covered with clear directions, parking details, and essential arrival information. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know, including gate hours, ticket pickup locations, and entry guidelines to ensure a smooth arrival.

DROP OFF / PICK UP AREA

There will be dedicated drop-off and pick-up location on site. Details and map coming soon.

HOURS OF OPERATION

General Admission Hours open

  • Friday, June 6th at 4:00 PM and close at 12:00 AM
  • Saturday, June 7th at 2:00 PM and close at 12:00 AM.

Camping Hours:

  • June 6 – 10 AM-12 AM 
  • June 7 – 8 AM- 9 PM
  • June 8 – EXIT ONLY

**There are no new entries to camping after SATURDAY, JUNE 7 @9PM

Parking Lots Hours:

  • June 6 – 10 AM-12 AM 
  • June 7 – 8 AM- 12 AM
  • June 8 – EXIT ONLY

If you missed the May 11th deadline to have your wristband and festival materials mailed to you, you can pick them up early at the following locations and times.

  • Sunday, June 1st from 1 PM-4 PM
  • Tuesday, June 3rd from 4 PM – 9 PM

 

West End @ Mastermind Event Rentals, 2591 Carp Rd, Carp, ON
(4 minutes north of the 417 at Carp Rd.)

  • Monday, June 2nd, from 5 PM-8 PM

On-site @ Calabogie Motorsports Park

  • June 6th from 10 AM-12 AM 
  • June 7th frpm 8 AM- 9 PM

DIRECTIONS

FROM OTTAWA

  • Follow Trans-Canada Hwy 417 West Bound
  • Take exit 194 toward McLean DrCounty Rd 54 and turn left.
  • Continue onto Calabogie Rd/Renfrew 508/Renfrew County Rd
  • For 23.3 km
  • Turn left onto Lanark Rd/  Highway511
  • Follow for 5 km
  • Turn left onto Wilson Farm Rd , Signs for Calabogie Motorsports Parks
